Tree surgery is amongst the most dangerous professions in the UK; All our staff are highly trained and well equipped with modern equipment that is regularly checked for safety. Arbcore have ConstructionLine to Silver level and SSIP health and safety accreditations. We carry £10,000,000.00 in public and employers liability  insurances.  We carry out all our work to BS3998 tree work standards.

Every customer has a visit from a surveyor, usually from me, Tristan (company owner and founder) to discuss their requirements and needs. We chat about what the customer objectives are, ways the objectives can be met, discuss options. I give advice and then when I’ve left I type up a quote and email or post it to you, the customer. Only when you’re happy, do we book a date into the planner and we then commit to that date.

Our aim, on every job (big or small) is to ensure you, our lenient, are happy when we leave. We will arrive when we say we’ll arrive, we’ll do the work as agreed and when we’re finished, we aim to leave your property tidier than it was when we arrived.

The stability of the environment in which we live, is becoming ever-more valuable. So it’s important we do everything we can to protect it. Arbcore promote the retention of trees and protection where possible, wildlife and habitat protection and improvement strategies and a policy to enhance the locations we work in.  TPO,  conservation areas, SSSIs and all European Protected Species are all taken into account.
